It is ONE election and not TWO seperate elections. You don't see the :nl mentioning it either on their pages, because there is only ONE 2020 election. In cases where national and local elections are held on the same day, we usually have separate lines on these templates for them – for example {{Salvadoran elections}} or {{Guyanese elections}}.

But it is not two elections. It's one election which determines all seats. Every country does it differently, and this is a small nation, but if you look at the Dutch pages, you'll notice that there was just election even before 1949 when it was only a select group who could vote. And the general page does refer to the resorts as well, because of those inconsistencies in two resorts. In that case, the assembly were validated, because it couldn't make a difference, however the resort votes need to be recounted.
About ANI: I call what you are doing is gaming the system. Remember that vandal, he was reverting you all over the place and used your own tactics against you.

I didn't went to 3RR. Now, you've given sources indicating 1) there is 765 resort councilors and 118 district councilors that were elected and 2) they were elected on a different ballot than the 51 assembly members. How is that not a different election that only happen to be held on the same day as the other, then? Please calm down and explain to us what make these different votes to different candidates for different seats the same election. Because it is the same GENERAL election with the emphasis on GENERAL. You get two ballots: one for Assembly and one for the Resorts, and that results in a new Assembly and a new Resort councils. And they always happen on the same day, counted in the same room. The law doesn't mention Parliamentary Elections and Local Elections.
