I feel the current template should be updated and have put together 3 templates that I think could replace it; they can be found at template:TheRide Light Rail/sandbox. I have expanded the template to include busses, operator, and the T-REX and FasTracks projects so that it can be used on more RTD pages. My personal choice would be for template #3

I moved the template as there were no objections and per the discussion at Talk:RTD_Bus_&_Light_Rail#Combine_with_Regional_Transportation_District. The new template name will match the article it is associated with.
