Isn't the purpose of this template already covered by the categories? It doesn't seem like this template adds any sort of organization or extra information. - In a sense, that's true. I guess that the template does have the advantage of appearing in the same articles as the colleges themselves, which saves a click. I don't think that any other state has a template like this.
