I know the NASL took the USA/NPSL "histories" but there are teams listed that only played in the USA/NPSL and never in the NASL (Boston Shamrock Rovers, Pittsburgh Phantoms (NPSL), etc...). I feel these teams need some sort of notation or separate line, etc... to distinguish them from teams that played in the NASL. Looking for suggestions.
