I reformed a larger LAUSD template at Template:LAUSD. I believe that Wikipedia:Templates for deletion/Log/2006 September 10 is out of date for two reasons:

Wikipedia practice keeps high schools but generally not primary and middle schools (unless something extraordinary is found), so the pool of potential articles is smaller
Wikipedia templates have gotten larger since then.

Also much of the LAUSD school articles have been created already, so I don't see a much larger expansion possibility for this template.

Over the years the "region" LAUSD templates remained small, with some having only five or four articles linked. I feel that it's best to just merge them now.
