Personality rights warning/Derogatory stereotyping/Not appropriate. I noticed Guerrillo about this a long time ago he doesn't seem too concderned one way or another. I want to get going on our proposed Homelessness Project and also tag stubs but I wouldn't be able to do so with the old derogatory stereotype photo still on so I proceeded to enter Public Domain non-offensive. As far as I am concerned we don't need a photo the point is to tag stubs for expansion not to ponder images. Note that a category about a particular race, ethnicity, etc., would not tolerate depicting a most extreme odd character so this should not ruffle anybody's feathers too much, if they are interested in building WP coverage of this topic out of the mess it is currently in.
