Reorganization

I reorganized the template a little bit to give it a more specific focus on the inherent concepts of good and evil and added some missing items. My thought process here is that this should focus entirely on different interpretations on the nature of good and evil themselves, as opposed to ethics and social aspects like "right and wrong", normative ethics, or virtues (including things like altruism).
