This template was considered for deletion on 2016 December 25. The result of the discussion was "no consensus to delete all of them, although there seems to be some consensus that at least one of them is of little value".

This template needs to be redone....where are the headers distinguishing the subjects from the time periods? Why are there big gaps instead?
