The list of Welsh teams that will participate in 2012/13 is not known for certain at this time. The Welsh Rugby Union has decided to trim the Welsh Premier Division from 14 to 12 clubs. All 12 clubs are expected to take part to make it a 32 team competition (along with 12 English, 4 Irish and 4 Scottish).

Before someone objects, Jersey is listed in the English section not because I thnk they are in England, but because they play in the English RFU Championship.
