I've added back in the red links. Per Wikipedia:NAVBOX#Properties, "Red links should be avoided unless they are very likely to be developed into articles" and in this case I think they are very likely to be developed into articles (I notice that it has no reference to time). I also think that more latitude is needed in cases like this where we're listing every person holding a post rather than just listing related topics - in the latter case I can see no reason for red links but in this case it keeps things chronological and makes it clear that two blue linked holders did not hold the office in succession.
