Former Village in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Iran
Tall Khosrow (Persian : تل خسرو )[ a] was a village in, and the former capital of, Sarrud-e Jonubi Rural District [ 4] of the Central District of Boyer-Ahmad County , Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran . The capital of the rural district has been transferred to the village of Aliabad-e Sartol .[ 5]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,822 in 366 households.[ 6] The following census in 2011 counted 3,169 people in 793 households.[ 7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 4,534 people in 1,200 households.[ 2]
After the census, the city of Madavan and the villages of Balahzar , Jadval-e Ghureh-ye Mehrian , Madavan-e Sofla , Mehrian , Sarab-e Taveh , Servak , and Tall Khosrow were merged with the city of Yasuj .[ 5]
