Stanisław Ptak (17 April 1902 – September 1939) was a Polish footballer who played as a forward.[2]
He earned one cap for the Poland national team in 1927.[3] He spent the majority of his career playing for Cracovia.[4][5]
He disappeared during the Soviet invasion of Poland in September 1939,[6] and was believed to have been killed by the NKVD when attempting to cross the border.[4]
