At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,379 in 279 households, when it was in Armand Rural District of the Central District of Lordegan County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,527 people in 389 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,602 people in 392 households.[2]
In 2018, the rural district was separated from the county in the establishment of Khanmirza County, and Shahrak-e Sunk was transferred to Sepidar Rural District created in the new Armand District.[4]
