Seco Mines is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Maverick County, Texas, United States. Its population was 572 as of the 2020 census.[3] U.S. Route 277 passes through the community.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the community has an area of 0.579 square miles (1.50 km2); 0.561 square miles (1.45 km2) of its area is land, and 0.018 square miles (0.047 km2) is water.[1]
