Legal proceedings
In September 2024, an underage young man revealed, during a conversation about a play on the topic of peer violence held in Sarajevo, that in 2021, when he was 14 years old, he was sexually abused by Kasumović.[3] As confirmed by the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, an indictment was issued against Kasumović for the criminal offense of fornication against a minor and he was sentenced to one year in prison, with an option of paying a KM 36,500 (~€18,600) bail instead (available to all criminals in Bosnia and Herzegovina sentenced to up to one year), which he duly did in November 2023.[4]
