Louise Meijer

Louise Meijer (born 14 August 1990 in Jönköping)[1] is a Swedish politician. She has been a member of the Riksdag since 2018. Louise Meijer named Lawyer of the Year in 2017.

Life

Louise Meijer was president of the Moderate Youth League in Skåne County between 2012 and 2014.[2][3] She was national vice-president of the youth movement from 2014 to 2016. She graduated from Lund University in 2014.[1][4] She is a lawyer.[5]

In 2016, she founded the Justitia Prize, intended to reward equality within commercial law firms. [6]

In 2018, she was elected as a Member of Parliament for the Skåne Southern constituency, and was re-elected in 2022.[7]
