Nanhai Tram Line 1 or Nanhai New Transit (Chinese: 南海有轨电车1号线) is a light metro line in Nanhai District, Foshan. The line uses light rail vehicles but it's infrastructure is constructed in a way that allow vehicles to operate completely conflict free from other traffic.^[3] Construction started in January 2014.^[4] The section from Leigang to Sanshanxinchengbei opened on August 18, 2021,^[5] and the section from Sanshanxinchengbei to Linyuedong opened on November 29, 2022.^[6]
