The party nominated Jill Stein of the Green Party for president, with pro-Palestine activists including Violet Olds, an uncommitted delegate at the 2024 Democratic National Convention, announcing support for the nomination.[3] Her running mate Butch Ware will not appear on the ballot, instead Florida activist and an advisor to Stein, Samson LeBeau Kpadenou, will appear as the party's vice presidential nominee.[5]

Its first statewide convention was November 30, 2024 in Richmond, Kentucky.[6]
