Kalees is an Indian director and screenwriter who works in Tamil and Hindi film industry. He is the former assistant of director Selvaraghavan. He made his debut with the 2019 techo-thriller film Kee.

Career

His maiden directorial debut was 2019 Tamil techno thriller film Kee[1] starring Jiiva and Nikki Galrani. The film got mixed reviews and bombed at box office.[2] He is currently making his Hindi directorial debut with Baby John which serves as a remake of 2016 film Theri starring Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh. The film was supposed to release on May 31 but later postponed to December 25 due to incomplete production work.[3][4]
