Jesse Pulkkinen (born 27 December 2004) is a Finnish professional ice hockey defenceman for JYP Jyväskylä in the Liiga as a prospect to the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL). Pulkkinen was selected by the New York Islanders 54th overall pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.[1]
International play
Pulkkinen represented Finland at the 2024 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships where he recorded one goal and two assists in seven games.[1]
Playing career
On July 15, 2024, Pulkkinen signed a three-year entry-level contract with the New York Islanders.[2]
