Hélio Coutinho da Silva[a] (2 December 1923 – 12 July 1987) was a Brazilian sprinter and triple jumper.

At the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, he competed in the men's 100 metres, 4 × 100 metres relay and triple jump.[1] At the 1951 Pan American Games in Buenos Aires, he won a silver medal in the triple jump as well as competing in the men's 100 metres, 200 metres and long jump.[2]

Da Silva died in Rio de Janeiro on 12 July 1987, at the age of 63.[3]
