Cuba competed at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto , Ontario , Canada, from July 10 to 26, 2015.[ 1]
Greco-Roman wrestler Mijaín López was the flagbearer of the team during the opening ceremony .[ 2] For first time since 1971, Cuba finished outside the top 2 places, struggling to the 4th position.

Cuba qualified a men's baseball team, of 24 athletes.[ 5] Cuba has also qualified a women's team of 18 athletes, for a total of 42 entered competitors.[ 6]

^ a b c In the 3-way tie for 2nd place, all three teams went 1-1 head to head. The 2nd tiebreaker, Team Quality Balance, was used to identify and eliminate the last team in the group (Puerto Rico). The tie between the other two teams was then broken on the basis of the head-to-head result between them (United States defeating Cuba).
