Alechemy is a microbrewery in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland. It was founded by James Davies^[1] in 2012.^[2]^[3] Davies has a background in chemistry and microbiology.^[4] It produces seven regular and eleven seasonal real ales.^[5]
