Afghanistan competed at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang , Indonesia , from 18 August to 2 September 2018.[ 1]
Afghanistan first participated at the Asian Games when the first Games were in Delhi in 1951 . The country had won five silver and 6 bronze medals until the last event at Incheon in 2014 .[ 2]
