Early local elections were held in Montenegro on 26 May in Budva,[1] and on 2 June in Andrijevica.[2]
Local elections were also held in Gusinje on 15 September, as well as in Kotor and the capital Podgorica on 29 September.[3]
The winning lists in the elections for Budva were unable to agree on a post-election coalition, and new elections have been scheduled for November 17.
