The Group A tournament was played in Canillo, Andorra, from 7 to 13 April and Group B in Istanbul, Turkey, from 1 to 7 April 2024.[2]
In Group A, Kazakhstan won the tournament and was promoted and Belgium was relegated.[3] North Korea was promoted after winning Group B, while South Africa was relegated.[4]
