The 2024–25 Minnesota Frost season is the team's second season as a member of the Professional Women's Hockey League. They play their home games at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Offseason

  • On June 7, 2024, one week after winning the league's inaugural championship and with only days before the draft, it was reported the general manager Natalie Darwitz would not return for the 2024–25 season. Darwitz was instead offered alternative options within the league.[4]
