The 2024–25 season is FC Shakhtar Donetsk's 34th season in existence and the club's 26th consecutive season in the top flight of Ukrainian football. In addition to the domestic league, Shakhtar Donetsk will participate in the Ukrainian Cup and the UEFA Champions League. The season covered the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
