Notes:
  1. ^ On 1 April 2018 Maccabi Daliyat al-Karmel announced its resignation from the league. As the club had three matches to play, these matches (against Ironi Tiberias, Hapoel Jerusalem and F.C. Haifa) were given to its opponents as a walkover.[5][6]
