The 2014 IIHF World Championship Division II was a pair of international Ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation . Group A was contested in Belgrade , Serbia , running from 9 to 15 April 2014 and Group B was contested in Jaca , Spain , running from 5 to 11 April 2014.[ 1] Divisions II A and II B represent the fourth and the fifth tier of the Ice Hockey World Championships .
