It was the first edition of the tournament which was part of the 2013 ITF Women's Circuit, offering a total of $50,000 in prize money. It took place in Trabzon, Turkey, on 9–15 September 2013. This event was the second Trabzon Cup of the year, the 2013 Trabzon Cup (1) occurred a week before. This counts as the first tournament of the second Trabzon Cup.
