The 2010–11 Andebol 1 (Portuguese: Campeonato Nacional Andebol 1) was the 60th season of Portuguese premier handball league. It ran from 11 September 2010 to 22 May 2011.[1][2] Porto won their sixteenth title and the third consecutive season.

The 12 teams contesting the 2010–11 Andebol 1 season were:
^ M.B./Colégio 7 Fontes withdrew from the Handball Championship 1 2010/11, three days before the end of the Regular Phase. As a result, wins were awarded to Águas Santas, FC Porto and Belenenses. The club was relegated to Division II, due to his withdrawal from the Handball Championship 1 2010/11. As such, only the last classified from Group B descends to Division II, instead of the usual two.
^ Once ABC rejected the invitation to compete in the 2011/12 EHF Challenge Cup, Águas Santas took the spot.
