The 1925 Gonzaga Bulldogs football team was an American football team that represented Gonzaga University as a member of the Northwest Conference during the 1925 college football season . In their first year under head coach Maurice J. "Clipper" Smith , the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 7–2–2 record with a mark of 2–1–2 in conference play, placing third in the Northwest Conference.[ 1] Gonzaga shut out five of 11 opponents, and outscored all opponents by a total of 203 to 68.
