أنواع البلنقات

البَلَنْقَة[1] المعروفة باسم بَركان في جنوب المجر أو بَلَنغة[2][3] أيضًا، كانت حصنًا خشبيًا استخدمته الإمبراطورية العثمانية استخدامًا واسعًا في مناطق معينة من جنوب شرق أوربة ، مثل المجر والبلقان وساحل البحر الأسود ضد الدول المنافسة، خاصة أرشيدوقية النمسا ومملكة المجر.[4][5] يمكن بناء هذه الحصون الخشبية وتوسيعها بسرعة، وعادة ما تحتوي على حامية صغيرة. تباينت هذه التحصينات من حيث الحجم والشكل ولكنها شيدت في المقام الأول من الحواجز . يمكن أن تكون البلقنقات مجاورة لمدينة [6]ويمكن أن تستبدلها لاحقًا قلعة حجرية أكثر روعة كما في حالة نوفي زمكي.[7] يمكن أيضًا بناء البلنقات امتدادًا للقلعة الرئيسة.[8] كانت العديد من الحصون العثمانية مزيجًا من التحصينات والأعمال الحجرية من البلنقة. [9] تصف أوليا جلبي كلمة بللنقة أيضًا بأنها تقنية حجارة بناء خشبية.[8][10]
