Luisa María Noeno Ceamanos (Almonecir de la Sierra, 1953) ye una politica aragonesa d'o Partido de los Socialistas de Aragón (PSOE-Aragón). Entre os anyos 2004 y 2011 estió consellera de Salut y Consumo d'o Gubierno d'Aragón.

Biografía

Luisa María Noeno ye Graduada Social y diplomada en Ciencias Socials. Obtenió a licenciatura en Filosofía y Letras por a Universidat de Zaragoza y, dimpués, se formó especificament en l'ambito de l'Administración sanitaria, obtenendo o títol de Dirección d'hespitals por a Escuela Nacional de Sanidat, en Dirección financiera en a Escuela de Negocios d'a CAI y máster en Administración sanitaria por l'Instituto Carlos III de Madrit.[1]

A suya trachectoria profesional prencipia en 1969. Dica l'actualidat ha ocupau cuantas responsabilidaz administrativas en os hespitals Sant Chuan de Dios y Clinico Universitario de Zaragoza, estando secretaria en os dos hespitals. En 1989, estando cherent Alberto Larraz obtenió a plaza de tecnico d'a Función administrativa en Institucions Sanitarias y, entre 1988 y 1991, baixo as órdens d'Alberto Larraz plegó a o puesto de libre designación subdirectora de Chestión y Servicios Chenerals d'o Hespital Clinico Universitario. O Sindicato de Medicos SIMA, miembro d'a CESM le pagó os viajes a Madrit con obchecto d'esfender o suyo sueldo en a mesa negociadora d'a integración d'os clinicos; ella yera oficial administrativa, categoría inexistent en l'Insalud por lo que habió d'integrar-se-ie como Administrativa (secretaria). Como secretaria (administrativa) d'a Mesa Provincial d'Integración de Zaragoza, en 1988 tamién fació parti d'o proceso d'integración d'o Hespital Clinico Universitario en l'Insalud.[2]

En o periodo comprendiu entre 1991 y 1999 o cherent Alberto Larraz la nombró directora de Chestión y Servicios Chenerals d'o Hespital Clinico, coordinando a suya remodelación integral. En 1999 Alberto Larraz la nombró secretaria cheneral tecnica d'o departamento de Salut, Consumo y Servicios Socials. En febrero de 2002 o consellero de Sanidat Alberto Larraz la designó directora cherent d'o Hespital Miguel Servet de Zaragoza y, en octubre de 2003, cherent d'o Sector de Salut Zaragoza 2.[2] O zaguer nombramiento a propuesta d'Alberto Larraz como consellera de Sanidat d'Aragón, cargo que ocupó mientres a resta d'ixa lechislatura y a siguient, se produció en chunio de 2007.[2]
