Die Republiek van Yucatán (Spaans: República de Yucatán) was 'n onafhanklike Noord-Amerikaanse republiek wat op 16 Maart 1841 gestig is en tot op 14 Julie 1848 bestaan het. Die republiek was vernoem ná die Yucatan-skiereiland, waarop dit geleë het.

Die eerste Republiek van Yucatán, wat op 29 Mei 1823 gestig is, het op 23 Desember 1823, minder as sewe maande later, vrywillig by die Meksikaanse Federasie as Gefedereerde Republiek van Yucatán aangesluit het.[1][2] Die tweede Republiek van Yucatán het in 1841 met die verklaring van onafhanklikheid van die Meksikaanse Federasie begin. Dit het onafhanklik gebly vir sewe jaar, waarna dit weer by die Meksikaanse Federasie aangesluit het. Die republiek het op die gebied van die huidige Meksikaanse deelstate Yucatán, Campeche en Quintana Roo bestaan. Die Republiek van Yucatán verwys gewoonlik na die Tweede Republiek (1841-1848).

Die Republiek van Yucatán was regeer met die Grondwet van 1841, een van die mees gevorderde van sy tyd. Dit het individuele regte, godsdiensvryheid en wat was dan 'n nuwe wetlike vorm genaamd amparo (beskerming). Die Kasteoorlog van 1847 dwing die Republiek van Yucatán om militêre ondersteuning van Meksiko te versoek. Dit is gegee op voorwaarde dat die Republiek van Yucatán weer by die Meksikaanse Federasie aansluit.
