Ahmad Yudhi Wahyuni Usman (5 Oktober 1955 – 17 Desember 2021) adalah Wali Kota Banjarmasin periode 2005–2010. Ia juga adalah ketua DPW Partai Amanat Nasional Kalimantan Selatan. Ia terpilih sebagai Wali kota setelah memenangkan Pilkada Tahun 2005 hasil Koalisi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) dan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) dengan menggandeng H. Alwi Sahlan sebagai Wakilnya.[1]
Tahun 2010 Yudhi Wahyuni kembali mencalonkan diri untuk maju dalam pemilihan wali kota Banjarmasin. Tapi kali ini dia menggandeng Haryanto sebagai pasangannya untuk masa jabatan 2010 s/d 2015. Namun, pasangan ini gagal meraih perolehan suara terbanyak Pilkada Banjarmasin 2010.[1][2]
Pada tahun 2018, dia menjadi anggota DPR RI Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) periode 2014-2019 dari Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Partai Gerindra). Dia menjadi anggota Komisi VII DPR RI yang memndidangi urusan agama dan sosial sekaligus menjadi Anggota Badan Musyawarah (Bamus) dan anggota Badan Legislasi (Baleg) DPR RI.[3]
Dia meninggal pada hari Jumat tanggal 17 Desember 2021 di ICU Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Ulin Banjarmasin setelah melewati perawatan jantung. Jenazahnya disalatkan di Masjid Al-Jihad Banjarmasin dan dimakamkan di Makam Datu Amin di Banua Anyar, Banjarmasin.[1]
