Dra. Hj. Yoyoh Yusroh (14 November 1962 – 21 Mei 2011) merupakan tokoh wanita Indonesia dan politikus senior Partai Keadilan Sejahtera.[1] Ia menjabat sebagai Anggota DPR-RI dari 2003 hingga wafatnya pada 2011, mewakili daerah pemilihan Jawa Barat V (2004–2009) dan Banten III (2009–2011).
Yoyoh merupakan salah satu dari lima wanita di antara 50 pendiri Partai Keadilan (PK) yang sekarang menjadi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS). Dari awal, Ia menjadi Ketua Departemen Kewanitaan PK perdana selama satu tahun. Kemudian, ia mengundurkan diri dan menjadi anggota Majelis Pertimbangan Partai.[2] Ia merupakan anggota DPR RI dari tahun 2003 berdasarkan pergantian antar waktu (PAW) hingga ajal menjemputnya. Pada periode pertama (2003-2004), ia ditempatkan di Komisi VII DPR RI. Pada periode kedua (2004-2009), ia ditempatkan di Komisi VIII DPR RI dan menjabat sebagai Wakil Ketua Komisi. Sedangkan di periode ketiga (2009-2011), Ia ditempatkan di Komisi I DPR RI hingga ia meninggal dunia.
Ia menikah dengan Budi Dharmawan dan dikaruniai 13 orang anak.
Yoyoh meninggal pada Sabtu, 21 Mei 2011 setelah mengalami kecelakaan di Jalan Tol Palimanan–Kanci dalam perjalanan dari Yogyakarta ke Jakarta. Sebelumnya, di Yogyakarta ia menghadiri wisuda anaknya yang berkuliah di Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.[3][4]
