Yeremia 14 (disingkat Yer 14) adalah bagian dari Kitab Yeremia dalam Alkitab Ibrani dan Perjanjian Lama di Alkitab Kristen. Berisi perkataan nabi Yeremia bin Hilkia, tentang Yehuda dan Yerusalem, yang hidup pada zaman raja Yosia, Yoahas, Yoyakim, Yoyakhin dan Zedekia dari Kerajaan Yehuda sekitar abad ke-7 SM.[1][2]

Ayat 14

Jawab TUHAN kepadaku: "Para nabi itu bernubuat palsu demi nama-Ku! Aku tidak mengutus mereka, tidak memerintahkan mereka dan tidak berfirman kepada mereka. Mereka menubuatkan kepadamu penglihatan bohong, ramalan kosong dan tipu rekaan hatinya sendiri."[7]

Umat Allah harus menyadari bahwa ada nabi yang mungkin bernubuat palsu dan secara tidak benar mengatakan telah menerima penglihatan dari Tuhan; karena itu semua nabi harus diuji sesuai dengan standar-standar Alkitab (lihat 1 Korintus 14:29).[8]
