Windhoek (pengucapan bahasa Inggris: [ˈvɪnt.hʊk], terkadang bahasa Jerman: Windhuk), dengan populasi sebesar 230.000 jiwa, adalah ibu kota Namibia. Windhoek terletak di Namibia bagian tengah pada koordinat 22°56' LS 17°09' BT[pranala nonaktif permanen].

Kota ini merupakan pusat perdagangan utama untuk kulit domba. Windhoek awalnya adalah tempat tiggal suku Nama, yang mengalahkan pemukim Herero di daerah itu pada abad ke-19. Jerman menduduki wilayah tersebut pada 1885, dan Windhoek menjadi kursi pemerintahan kolonial pada 1892, ibu kota koloni Afrika Barat Daya. Pada masa Perang Dunia II, Windhoek direbut pasukan Afrika Selatan. Setelah kemerdekaan Namibia dari Afrika Selatan pada 1990, Windhoek pun menjadi ibu kota Namibia.

Windhoek mempunyai dua nama tradisional: Otjomuise bagi suku Herero dan dan Ai-Gams bagi suku Nama.
