William II (bahasa Prancis: Guillaume II d'Angleterre; ca 1056 – 2 Agustus 1100), putra ketiga dari William I dari Inggris, adalah Raja Inggris dari tahun 1087 sampai 1100. Selama masa pemerintahannya, William berhasil menaklukkan Normandia, Skotlandia, tetapi kurang berhasil dalam memperluas kontrol hingga ke Wales. William II juga dikenal sebagai William Rufus, kemungkinan karena penampilannya yang selalu berwajah-merah.^[1]

William II digambarkan sebagai karakter yang flamboyan, dan masa pemerintahannya ditandai dengan temperamennya yang suka berperang.^[2] Dia tidak menikah, dan juga tidak menghasilkan satupun keturunan. William meninggal setelah terkena anak panah saat sedang berburu. Ia kemudian digantikan oleh adiknya, Henry.^[3]
