Mbah Bregas merupakan upacara adat yang berlangsung di dusun Ngino, Margoagung, Seyegan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Upacara adat ini dilaksanakan sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur atas nikmat dan rezeki yang diberikan Tuhan pascapanen.[1] Upacara adat ini dilaksanaan satu tahun sekali pada jumat kliwon di bulan Mei. Upacara ini sudah dilaksanakan sejak zaman majapahit oleh Mbah Bergas tetapi dulu hanya berlangsung secara sederhana.[2]
