Universitas Pisa (bahasa Italia: Università di Pisa) merupakan perguruan tinggi yang bertempat di kota Pisa, Italia dan merupakan salah satu yang tertua di Italia. Secara resmi universitas ini didirikan pada tahun 1343 oleh Paus Klemens VI, meskipun jauh sebelumnya pada abad ke-11 perkuliahan di bidang hukum sudah dilakukan di Pisa.
