Undang-Undang Kekuasaan Pemangku Raja (Inggris: Regency Acts) adalah Undang-Undang Parlemen Britania Raya yang disahkan beberapa kali, yang ditujukan kepada pemangku raja pada saat penguasa yang memerintah tidak mampu menjabat atau masih kecil (di bawah usia 18 tahun). Sebelum 1937, UU Kekuasaan Pemangku Raja hanya disahkan saat dibutuhkan dalam keadaan spesifik. Pada 1937, UU Kekuasaan Pemangku Raja 1937 memberikan tugas utama kepada pemangku raja, dan juga mendirikan kantor Kanselir Negara, yang beberapa diantaranya bertindak atas perantara penguasa saat penguasa sementara sedang tidak ada di kerajaan. UU tersebut membentuk hukum utama terkait kekuasaan pemangku raja di Britania Raya pada masa sekarang.
Contoh UU Kekuasaan Pemangku Raja sebelum tahun 1937 adalah UU tahun 1811 yang membolehkan George, Pangeran Wales bertindak sebagai pemangku raja saat ayahnya, Raja George III, tidak mampu menjabat. George memerintah sebagai Pangeran Pemangku Raja sampai ayahnya wafat, saat ia naik tahta sebagai Raja George IV.
