Trem di Nantes (bahasa Prancis: Tramway de Nantes) adalah sistem jalur trem yang beroperasi di kota Nantes di Pays de la Loire, Prancis. Jalur trem pertama di Nantes dibuka pada tahun 1879 dan ditutup pada tahun 1958 karena kerusakan akibat bom selama Perang Dunia II, sedangkan jalur trem yang sekarang diperkenalkan kembali ke kota pada tahun 1985.

Jalur trem pertama di Nantes terkenal karena penggunaan propulsi udara terkompresi yang memelopori teknologi ini. Pada 1980-an, Nantes menjadi kota pertama di Eropa yang memperkenalkan kembali jalur trem saat ini yang merupakan jalur trem 'generasi baru' modern pertama yang dibangun, membalikkan tren penutupan jalur trem yang telah berlangsung sejak pertengahan abad ke-20. dan menjadi yang pertama dalam gelombang trem yang dibangun dari nol di Prancis dan seluruh Eropa.
