Terminal Singaparna merupakan merupakan terminal penumpang tipe B yang terletak di Jalan Raya Garut - Tasikmalaya, Desa Singasari, Kecamatan Singaparna, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Terminal ini terletak tepat di selatan kompleks Alun-alun Singaparna. Terminal dengan luas 2,5 hektar ini berdiri di tanah milik negara yang dikelola sepenuhnya oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Terminal ini semula berstatus sebagai terminal penumpang tipe C, dan meningkat pada tipe B berdasar Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 550.22/Kep.1197-Dishub/2016 tentang Terminal Penumpang Tipe B di Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, setelah terjadinya pemindahan ibukota Kabupaten Tasikmalaya ke Singaparna. Terminal ini melayani transportasi angkutan pedesaan, angkutan gelebeg, angkutan antarkota dalam provinsi (AKDP) dan angkutan angkutan antarkota antarprovinsi (AKAP).[1][2]

Pasca diresmikannya jalur Jalan Mangkubumi dan Jalan Mangin, jalur ini difungsikan untuk angkutan arah Barat. Dinas Perhubungan bekerjasama dengan stakeholder angkutan umum dari Singaparna untuk membuka trayek angkutan umum dari arah barat (Singaparna) menuju Terminal Indihiang tanpa transit di Terminal Cikurubuk. Adanya trayek ini sebagai bentuk upaya untuk mengantisipasi kemacetan karena oper alih penumpang dari Singaparna ke Kota Tasikmalaya.
Sebelumya pada jalur Singaparna - Tasikmalaya, hanya terdapat angkutan umum Elf yang melayani trayek penuh dari Tasikmalaya - Singaparna - Garut - Cileunyi - Bandung. Saat ini terdapat moda angkutan umum yang dinamai oleh warga setempat dengan nama Gelebeg. Gelebeg merupakan kendaraan serupa dengan kendaraan angkutan kota yang mempunyai ciri fisik berwana putih. Armada yang digunakan oleh jenis angkutan ini mayoritas mengusung Grand Max dan APV. Gelebeg yang memakai armada APV seat menghadap ke depan, sedangkan armada Grand Max yg seat menghadap menyamping (seperti armada angkot pada umumnya).[1][5]
Shelter keberangkatan bus antarkota di Terminal Indihiang dibagi menjadi lima jalur keberangkatan, dengan rincian tiga shelter digunakan untuk jalur pemberangkatan angkutan antarkota dalam provinsi (AKDP) ke Sukabumi, Cikarang dan Bandung, satu shelter digunakan untuk jalur pemberangkatan angkutan antarkota antarprovinsi (AKAP) ke Jakarta, dan satu shelter digunakan untuk jalur lintasan angkutan pedesaan.
