Suku Burusu

Suku Dayak Bulusu adalah salah satu sub suku dayak yang ada di Kalimantan Utara asal muasal suku dayak Bulusu menurut sastra lisan yang diwariskan turun temurun adalah berasal dari Dagas Sebengawang yaitu suatu tempat di hulu Kabupaten Malinau tepatnya di Gong Solok. dari tempat itu kemudian suku bulusu bermigrasi ke beberapa daerah yaitu desa Sesua, Kecamatan Malinau Barat Kabupaten Malinau, Kecamatan Sesayap dan Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung, Kecamatan Sekatak dan Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Utara Kabupaten Bulungan di Malaysia, negara bagian Sabah sama negara Brunei Darussalam. populasi suku dayak bulusu saat ini kurang lebih 25.000 jiwa. suku dayak bulusu memiliki beraneka ragam budaya yang menarik dan unik terutama dalam hal ritual kepercayaan terhadap roh - roh orang mati.

  1. Perkumpulan Persekutuan Dayak Bulusu (PPDB)
  2. Persatuan Mahasiswa dan Pelajar Dayak Bulusu (PMDP-DB)

Bahasa Bulusu bisa dibilang terbagi menjadi 2 ada yang kasar dan ada yang halus jika diperhatikan bahasa Bulusu yang ada di sekatak lebih halus dibanding dibagian ktt dan sesua kabupaten Malinau.

Terdapat juga Bahasa Bulusu yang asli jika di dengar sekarang akan Sulit di mengerti oleh orang-orang yang tidak pernah mendengarnya Bahasa Bulusu asli hanya di mengerti oleh petua-petua atau orang hidup di jaman dulu yang masih hidup sampai sekarang. kita bisa bisa mendengar bahasa Bulusu asli jika ada acara-acara tertentu saja di acara Gawai (irau) , acara pernikahan (Giwan), orang meninggal, atau senudon
