Sukarno Andi Wijaya (23 Juni 1996 – 14 Agustus 2016) adalah seorang pemain sepak bola Indonesia. Ia terakhir kali diketahui bermain untuk klub Persewangi Banyuwangi. Andi merupakan pemain asli Glenmore, Banyuwangi dan berasal dari Dusun Sepanjang Kulon, Desa Sepanjang.

Ia memulai karier sepak bolanya dengan bergabung dalam beberapa sekolah sepak bola (SSB). Tercatat, ada lima SSB yang ia masuki diantaranya Yunior Sepanjang, Glenmore; Tunas Muda Setail, Kecamatan Genteng; IM Kalibaru, dan Putra Minak Jinggo, Glenmore; serta Persik Karang Harjo, Glenmore. Selama belajar di SSB, ia juga mengikuti seleksi dan bergabung dengan klub amatir Banyuwangi United (BU) untuk berkompetisi di Divisi III dan liga remaja regional Jawa timur.[2] Ia pun selanjutnya bergabung dengan Persewangi Banyuwangi pada tahun 2014.

Namanya menjadi terkenal tatkala ia menarik perhatian pelatih timnas U-19 saat itu, Indra Sjafri.[3] Pada 3 Maret 2014, ia bermain dengan timnya Persewangi Banyuwangi dalam laga uji coba tur Nusantara melawan timnas Indonesia U-19, meski timnya kalah 0-1, tetapi, permainan apik yang ia perlihatkan membuatnya dipanggil untuk mengikuti seleksi timnas dalam rangka menghadapi Kejuaraan U-19 AFC 2014.[4] Akan tetapi, dalam seleksi itu namanya harus tersingkir bersama dua pemain lainnya yakni Muhammad Hamdan Zamzami dan Reza Pahlevi Sitorus. Hal ini disebabkan karena ia kurang memperlihatkan performa maksimal dan juga sedikit mengalami masalah cedera.[5]

Andi meninggal dunia pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2016, pada usia 20 tahun karena penyakit infeksi paru-paru.[6]
