Stasiun Ugo-Honjō (羽後本荘駅code: ja is deprecated , Ugo-Honjō-eki) adalah sebuah stasiun kereta api persimpangan di kota Yurihonjō, Prefektur Akita, Jepang, yang dioperasikan bersama oleh East Japan Railway Company (JR East) dan sektor ketiga Yuri Kōgen Railway Ltd. Stasiun tersebut juga merupakan terminal kargo untuk Japan Freight Railway Company (JR Freight).
Stasiun Ugo-Honjō dilayani oleh Jalur Utama Uetsu, dan berjarak 2.289 kilometer (1.422 mi) dari terminus jalur tersebut di Stasiun Niitsu. Stasiun tersebut juga merupakan stasiun terminal untuk Jalur Chōkai Sanroku dan berjarak 23.0 kilometer dari terminus berlawanan dari jalur tersebut di Stasiun Yashima.
