Stasiun Produksi Keliling

Stasiun Produksi Keliling (atau SPK) adalah bentuk stasiun televisi yang tidak memiliki perangkat pemancar sendiri karena produksinya ditayangkan secara taping (siaran tunda). Istilah ini merujuk pada stasiun-stasiun daerah TVRI yang mulai dibentuk secara bertahap di beberapa kota sejak tahun 1982 yang berfungsi sebagai perwakilan atau koresponden TVRI stasiun pusat Jakarta.[1]

Latar belakang

Stasiun Produksi Keliling (SPK) secara resmi dilepas pada 17 Juli 1982.[1] Peresmian ini dilakukakan oleh Presiden ke-2 Republik Indonesia, Soeharto, bersama Menteri Penerangan, Ali Murtopo, Direktur Jenderal Radio, Televisi, dan Film, Sumadi, dan Direktur TVRI, Subrata di halaman Bina Graha.[1] Kegiatan tersebut diselenggarakan untuk melepas keberangkatan mobil-mobil Stasiun Produksi Keliling.[1] Mobil-mobil tersebut akan ditempatkan di provinsi-provinsi yang belum mempunyai studio TVRI.[1] Sebelum dilepas, mobil-mobil SPK ini telah ditinjau peralatan dalamnya oleh Soeharto.[1]

Penghapusan

Pada bulan Juli 2000, Presiden Republik Indonesia, Abdurrahman Wahid, menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 tentang pendirian Perusahaan Jawatan (Perjan) TVRI.[2] Peraturan Pemerintah ini menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan secara menyeluruh di tubuh TVRI Nasional dan Stasiun-stasiun Produksi Keliling (SPK) yang ada di 12 kota.[2] Pada awal tahun 2001, terjadi perubahan struktur organisasi TVRI secara nasional.[2] Status Stasiun Produksi Keliling di hapus.[2] Sebagai penggantinya, nama kota tempat SPK melakukan proses produksi diganti namanya menjadi nama TVRI dan diikuti nama kota, seperti TVRI Lampung, TVRI Bandung, TVRI Banjarmasin, dan seterusnya.[2] Namun pada perkembangan selanjutnya, nama-nama kota tersebut diganti lagi menjadi nama provinsi.
